Our Warranty
20.1: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including delamination and detached letters on the plate.
20.2: It excludes damage during fitting, such as acrylic cracks or letter damage.
20.21. Plates Have Been Drilled Into: Our warranty does not cover plates when they have been drilled or screwed into. When plates are drilled or screwed into, this allows water to seep in. This often leads to water damage or delamination of the vinyl. If you have drilled into your plates, your warranty will be void.
20.3: General wear and tear are not covered.
20.4: The warranty is valid for three years from the initial order date.
20.5: Any damage must be reported via email to info@yournumberplateshop.co.uk promptly.
20.6: Photographic evidence is required for a valid warranty claim.
20.7: Proof of purchase may be requested.
20.8: We reserve the right to deny warranty claims.
20.9: We may modify the warranty terms without prior notice.
20.10: Accepted warranty claims will be replaced with like-for-like or closest available products, without financial alternatives.
